It’s been a week now that I’m doing my internship at DPOINTGROUP and maybe it’s because it’s the beginning but I’m very satisfied with the course of the internship !
The first day of the traineeship was to learn more about the company’s history and the different tasks I would have to do during these 4 months.
Then, they gave me an internship manual where all the tasks I would have to do are explained. As a reminder, I do an internship as a web marketing assistant and I deal with marketing and events of the company.
After completing the social media tasks, that is to say taking a photo of us at the internship, liking their Facebook page and Instagram, I had to start the general tasks.
First of all, I started by creating an email address that I could use especially for the internship : julinelacombe.dpointgroup@gmail.com. Then, I needed to create a blog/website that will serve me to promote the products and services of the company but also to detail my experience in Barcelona and my feeling about this brand new experience.
These are the first three tasks but I also get ahead by realizing simultaneously, the tasks 4 and 10 which consist respectively to recrute new interns, new companies and new partnerships and create some logos. It’s what I doing as you can see below with the different flyers of interns recruitment with main tasks explained.

I also realized some logos by trying to keep in min the identity and the values of DPOINTGROUP.

Moreover, M.BUKIN, my internship supervisor gave me the access codes (username and password) of their various social networks : Facebook and Instagram. I started by taking care of their Facebook page by programming and correcting some publications that were, for the moment, only drafts.

I have programmed some until early march and I will program the others later to see which schedule generates the most views and likes. Indeed, for the first week, I programmed publications for Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:30 a.m, this week at 1:00 p.m and the week after at 1:30 p.m. I also did the same thing on Instagram, posting the same days at the same times.
Finally, each weekend, we have a weekly report to give explaining what we’ve been doing all week and what we plan to do the next week. We can also indicate what went well and what went worse. I think that it’s a good idea for them to know what we have done and what can be improved.
What I also find interesting about this internship is that even though I’m supposed to be mainly in charge of marketing, social networks and events of the company, I feel like I’m going to do a little bit of everything. Having gone through our internship manual, I could see that there were tasks that concerned the financial part and others recruitment for example, so I think it’s a good thing to get us to do everything anyway if we focus on the department we’ve selected.
